Peter Dielschneider joined the Furniture Sales Team in 2006. Prior to coming to Alford's, he worked in the floral industry for 25 years. Because of this, Peter has great colour and décor sense and is able to make you custom floral designs to fit any style.

Steve Devenney joined the Furniture Sales Team in 1999, but has been in the furniture retail business for 35 years. Because of his years in the furniture business, Steve has gained a vast knowledge of products and production of furniture and accessories.
He also loves the design aspect of his job and enjoys helping people make their homes look great. In 2008, Steve attended High Point, North Carolina, North America's largest furniture marketplace, were he amplified his knowledge on furniture and accessories.

Nando Leutenegger joined the Furniture Sales Team in 2009, but has been working in the furniture retail business for a number of years. His past experience has given him the vast knowledge to be able to find the appropriate pieces of furniture for every room in your home. Prior to becoming a furniture consultant, Nando worked in the furniture cleaning and restoration industry. During this time he achieved his Journeyman status through the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) and is still currently working towards his Master Textile Cleaner.

Karen brings 20 years of interior design and retail furniture experience to Alford’s. Prior to her move to the Regina area, Karen acquired her experience at a fine furniture store in Calgary where she used her vast furniture knowledge and her design skills to help clients decorate their homes.
Karen enjoys taking client’s decorating needs and helping them make informed furniture purchases whether it is as simple as an accessory for a table or as detailed as decorating their entire home.

Launa Koch: Decorating Consultant
Before coming to Alford’s, Launa Koch ran an interior design business in her home town of Yorkton Saskatchewan. She studied Environmental Design at the Faculty of Architecture and graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2010. Launa was raised by an artist and decorator; so she has an inherent keen eye for colour and layout. She has worked on many residential projects from colour layout to kitchen renovations, and several commercial projects working on new builds and renovations. Her priority is to create spaces that speak to her clients and make them feel at home.

Brenda Gordon: Decorating Consultant
Brenda Gordon joined the Alford’s team in 2010, having run her own business as a designer for seventeen years. She has an amazing eye for colour combinations, layout, and creating the tone and atmosphere you want. She has worked in a wide variety of settings across Canada, from new home builds to renovations, and from staging home sales to designing medical and business offices. Donna Souliere: Window Treatment Consultant
Donna Souliere loves window coverings! This Ontario native has made a career in window design and décor. Donna has extensive knowledge of a wide range of home finishing products, specializing in all aspects of window coverings.
Donna’s career has seen her function as an integral part of the retail sales force in a number of leading home décor outlets. She is customer service and results oriented, with the skills and knowledge to help customers determine what they want, while balancing look and functionality, including budget and product quality. Donna will be involved in your window covering project from the fabric, design and product selections through to the installation.

Cathy Lawrence: Flooring Consultant
Cathy is currently away on maternity leave. She will return November 2013.
Cathy Lawrence joined the Flooring Sales Team in 2008. Before settling at her position with Alford's, she was employed with Tarkett Floorings and Kitchen Craft. In 2003, Cathy attended Lakeland College, where she received her Diploma in Interior Design Technology. Along with her diploma and past employment, it has given Cathy a wealth of knowledge on flooring products and décor.

Peter Nance: Flooring Consultant
Peter Nance joined the flooring sales team in April of 2009, but his flooring career began back in England roughly 35 years ago when he took over the family business that had been around since 1836.
In 1999, he made the move to Canada with his family and settled in Fort Qu’Appelle, where in 2000 he opened a Home Hardware franchise. Within the franchise, Peter created a flooring department, which allowed him to continue helping customers with their flooring needs. In 2005 he moved to Regina and began commuting, till he was offered a job here at Alford’s in 2009.

Cornell Haluik: Flooring Consultant
Cornell Haluik joined the Flooring Sales Team in 1977. During this time, he has attended numerous flooring product seminars and conferences. This, combined with his years of experience in the flooring field, has made Cornell one of the most successful flooring sales people at Alford's.

Jason Beug: Flooring Consultant
Jason Beug joined the Flooring Sales Team in 2008, however his flooring career began with Alford's in 1990 as a linoleum and carpet installer. From there, Jason moved into the warehouse as manager, where he learnt about orders and repair work.
Since Jason has started in sales he has attended a numerous amount of flooring seminars and conferences, were he has learnt all about the flooring industry. With his combination of experience in customer service and installation, it makes Jason an excellent flooring sales consultant.
